It’s once again time for Stadia Stats! This is the weekly post where we discuss Stadia player, game and community numbers! You can further explore and interact with all the data over at our sister site stadiastats.com.
Reminder! These numbers are best compared against others in the nascent (and growing) cloud gaming ecosystem. Some numbers we found interesting this week:
The Destiny population on Stadia remained at well over 6,000 daily players since the release of the Witch Queen DLC. There were also rumors that the platform was being flooded by D2 players taking advantage of a loophole that Bungie pretty quickly closed. The numbers before, during and after this supposed event don’t appear to support this. At most, O(100) people may have jumped in to play D2 on Stadia for this specific reason.
Stadia is once again (tied) in the lead among cloud gaming services for the availability of games from the GFK UK Top sellers list.
The Crew 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider (optional) Expeditions levels leaderboards keep growing!
