If you plan on playing the attention grabbing Atomic Heart on PC at a discount, you have only two options. You can get the game on PC/Ultimate Gamepass for Xbox/Windows. Your only other option at the moment, is to find a pre-order sale.
There are a number of storefronts/vendors that are offering such discounts. As mentioned here during an episode of NRO Podcast, we recommend using an official store.
